I am thrilled to announce that just this past week the pre-engineered building was ordered for our new His Helping Hands (HHH) facility! By the time you read this article, the footings will all have been poured and the concrete slab will be completed within the next few weeks. We anticipate the construction of the building to begin the middle of May. And the shell of this facility will be completed by the first part of June.
It was through your generous gifts that this dream is now a reality!
But there’s still so much more to do! In the coming weeks you will hear of opportunities for work days where we can use your help. We will also be posting a list of areas in which ”skilled help” is needed. There is nothing more precious than the sight of the “Body of Christ” working together. This project will be a tremendous blessing to our entire community!
I would like to personally and publicly thank Jim Snodgrass for the many hours he has given in planning, researching and acquiring donations from companies and individuals in our community to help keep the cost of this project attainable. His leadership has been
instrumental in helping us in so many ways. Words can not adequately express our appreciation.
We have much to be thankful for, and the completion of this project will open yet more doors for us to share Christ with others. May He always find us faithful to the call!
