It thrills me to introduce you to our newest staff member,
Japhlet ONeill.
Japhlet and
her husband, Steve, have been members of Central for
4 years and during that time she has worked very hard
behind the scenes in ministering to the many nationalities
who worship with us each week.
Did you know
that presently Central has 43 different nationalities
which make up a part of our body?!
Japhlet was
born in India and grew up as a missionary kid in Thailand.
She began college in the Philippines and completed her
undergraduate and graduate studies here in the United
States.
Japhlet has
a deep passion to win souls and disciple them into maturity
in Christ. Her lifes mission statement is To
reach the lost and disciple the found. Japhlet
has many areas of ministry which excite and energize
her, but her deepest burden is to reach the international
community right here in Wichita. We have a vast field
ready to be plowed and harvested for Gods
kingdom, and with the international population continuing
to grow, there is a tremendous opportunity for the church
to take advantage of this mission field right here in
our backyard!
During her
time at Central, Japhlet has served behind the scenes
in organizing and leading the Central Christian International
Fellowship and our womens international ministries.
Her addition to our staff will allow her to expand these
areas of ministry and also develop new ones which will
reach even more internationals in our community. She
joins our staff in a part-time position as International
Ministries Coordinator which will include oversight
of our Spanish Ministry.
We welcome
Japhlet to our Central staff family and look forward
to partnering with her in ministry! Pray for Japhlet!
Also pray for those this ministry will be reaching,
that they would come to a saving knowledge of our Lord
and Savior, Jesus Christ!
I love you,

P.S. Joe
and Lois would like to thank each of you who have
blessed them in so many ways with your gifts, cards,
flowers, notes, calls and visits. Your continued expression
of love means more to them than they can express in
words. Please continue to lift Pastor Joe up in prayer
for continued recovery.
